With under 7 days until our big day (OH M GEE), I’m in serious planning and health mode. I’m most likely the only bride you’ll ever meet in your life that isn’t going on a “wedding diet.” Not only do I think that diets are silly, I think they rarely work and potentially cause the person more damage than good.
I have always lived my life with the motto, “do everything in moderation.” If my body is craving carbs, you bet I’m about to eat a big ole’ bowl of mac and cheese. I have however cut out “fast food” completely. You may or may not know this, but I’m big junk food addict! Yip! There I said it. If I had zero self-control, I’d march myself to any fast food restaurant for every meal of the day. However, I do notice a huge change in my skin when I put those types of food in my body (I almost immediately have a break out). And of course, I’m educated to the point where I know it’s just not good for you (but it still tastes so dang good), sigh.
Speaking of eating right to promote healthy skin, I’m also making sure to take all of my vitamins daily! This is something I’m typically cognizant of (and constantly reminded by my fiancé) without the upcoming wedding. As a multi-vitamin, I take a women’s one-a-day gummy (which I love, and typically buy in a discount store like Costco). …And for my extra boost of bridal? I take Bridal Boost!
I introduced Bridal Boost into my daily routine about 2 months ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased! I definitely recommend Bridal Boost as an added daily supplement for your daily routine. Whether your a bride-to-be, in a bridal party, or just want to get yourself looking your best!
