My bridal shower has come and gone and I can confidently say that it was the absolute most special day. Having all of the women in my family plus my amazing girlfriends all in one space was truly a dream come true. My four hour party came and went in a blink of an eye, and all my mom and I could say was we can’t even imagine how quickly the wedding day is going to go!
I was involved every step of the way in planning my shower. I knew the date, location and every detail. A lot of people may say this is untraditional, but I loved being involved in the planning process. I’m a planner at heart, so working with my mom on all the details was so much fun. We used picture frames from Homegoods for the table numbers, and printed advice cards and a ‘who knows the bride best’ game off Etsy (shop linked HERE).
My amazing bridal party, and besties for life (missing two)!
I received so many amazing gifts off my registry (if you’re wondering, I was registered at Crate and Barrel, Macy’s and Bed Bath and Beyond). If I had to do it again, I would leave Bed Bath out. Macy’s and Bed Bath carry a lot of similar brands and items, and Macy’s gives you 5% cash back for everything purchased off your registry. Here are a few of my favorite gifts I received:
